On going training and development

The British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) - governing body for yoga in the UK, requires of its teachers to maintain (CPD) Continuing Professional Development -  including monthly Masterclasses and In Service Training Days.

Studies include: development of physical  practice, yogic philosophy, meditation, pranayama (breathing) and deep relaxation techniques.  

Provide fortnightly healing sessions at Healing Energy Association (HEA) in Walton-on-Thames Surrey.
